MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

OUTGOING MAIL

Both Campus and USPS mail-boxes and/or mail-slots are located at each Campus Post Office. This mail is collected at the end of each workday.

Remember -- all off-campus mail requires the correct postage.

MIS-SORTED MAIL

Please bring any mis-sorted mail to the service window, or, place it in the appropriate slot at the Campus Post Office.

If you share a mail-box with another student(s), please take care to only put mail which does not have your box number on it in this slot.

STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS

Only approved student organizations have permission to distribute preapproved flyers and information throughout the Campus Post Office network.

MAIL-BOX COMBINATIONS

Students can verify his/her mail-box combinations by logging on to the Administrative Computing Services' Student Mail Services Website.

BROKEN MAIL-BOXES

If your mail-box combination does not work, or if there is any mechanical problem, please report the problem(s) to the Head Clerk at your Campus Post Office.
